ARDSI Siirt Contact was inaugurated in presence of the Honorable Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Mr. İbrahim Yumaklı.
In his address at the opening ceremony held at the Museum of Agriculture, the Minister heralded new opportunities of grant support for Siirt with their arrival.
The Minister Yumaklı stated that a support program titled IPARD III is applicable for attracting greater investment in rural development and Siirt has now been included in the program. The Minister went on to say that
“I strongly recommend you to visit the contact office of the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution to find out about the opportunities of grant support and inquire the options of support for agricultural production to benefit from them. Let us produce, come together to build 'the century of production and producers', 'The Century of Türkiye' altogether."
The inaugural address was followed by the ribbon-cutting ceremony and ARDSI Siirt Contact Office was officially inaugurated. ARDSI President Dr. Ahmet Antalyalı visited the office and wished the staff members success.
Siirt Governor Mr. Kemal Kızılkaya, the representatives of public authorities and NGOs were present at the ceremony together with the citizens.
