Screen actress Hülya Koçyiğit, who is a member of the Presidential Committee on Policies of Culture and the Arts, participated in the “Women’s Labor in Agriculture Summit” for an interview. The event was organized by ARDSI in Ankara.
In her address to the audience, Koçyiğit shared details about challenges she faced in her private and professional life and how she overcame them, the importance of agricultural production for the generations to come, and the role of producer women in rural development. She also answered to questions of the participants before the end of the interview.
At the end of the session, ARDSI President Dr. Antalyalı extended his gratitude to Hülya Koçyiğit on behalf of the whole organization for her valuable contribution to the summit.
After the interview, Koçyiğit visited the stands opened by ARDSI Provincial Coordination Units and LAG associations to see the local products, spoke with the producer women and had photos taken in memory of the event.
