The closure meeting of the project titled "Technical Assisstance for Strengthening the Implementation Capacity of Risk Management and Control Activities of the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (ARDSI)", which was financed by the EU and implemented within the framework of IPA II Agriculture and Rural Development Sector - Capacity Building Sub-Sector, was organized at ARDSI Headquarters with participation of ARDSI management and project team, the contractor and the representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry DG for EU and Foreign Relations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Directorate for EU Affairs and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance Central Finance and Contracts Unit.
Started on 12th March 2021 to upgrade the institutional capacity of ARDSI in risk management and strategic planning in line with the COSO ERM and ISO 31000 Standard, the project completed its implementation period in succces.
In scope of the project implemented between 2021 and 2023, the risk management practices of the institution have been strengthened and certified with ISO 31000 Risk Management System Certificate.
