Prof. Dr. Bülent Gülçubuk, a lecturer at Ankara University Faculty of Agriculture Department of Agricultural Economics and the Director of the Development Studies Research and Application Center (AKCAM), delivered a presentation on “A new Paradigm of Rural Development” at ARDSI.
During his presentation at ARDSI HQ Conference Hall, Prof. Dr. Gülçubuk delivered details about the paradigmal shifts in rural development; smart, sustainable and inclusive rural growth, water conservation, climate action, accessible and clean energy, responsible production and consumption alongside sustainable development. Later, he responded to the questions of ARDSI President Dr.Ahmet Antalyalı and executives.
Prof. Dr. Gülçubuk proposed organization of “Rural Industry and Finance Workshop” with joint efforts of ARDSI and other stakeholders of the sector including relevant public authorities, universities and NGOs among others.
President Antalyalı expressed his gratitude to Prof. Dr. Gülçubuk for his kind visit and presentation, as well as his wishes of success in his endeavors.
